A Oni that stands at roughly 5’9 feet tall. He wields a bloodsteel Katana at his side in the sheathe until drawn for whatever reason. Bloodsteel Shurikens are filling his belt line counting roughly forty of them all together. He wears a Master-worked bloodsteel splint mail as his main bodily armor along with a helmet for head protection, the helmet has a demonic mask attached covering his face but allows him to see through the eyeholes.

Hoshimoto has a natural hatred for humanoids of any variety, generally likes to trick them.

He generally does not follow rules of any kind but will follow them if need the situation calls upon it at the time.

Hoshimoto is Chaotic Neutral.

Racial Features:
• Powerful Build: The physical stature of oni lets them function in many ways as if they were one size category larger.
Whenever a oni is subject to a size modifier or special size modifier for an opposed check (such as during grapple checks, bull rush attempts, and trip attempts), the oni is treated as one size larger if doing so is advantageous to them.
A oni is also considered to be one size larger when determining whether a creature’s special attacks based on size (such as improved grab or swallow whole) can affect them. A oni can use weapons designed for a creature one size larger without penalty. However, their space and reach remain those of a creature of his actual size. The benefits of this racial trait stack with the effects of powers, abilities, and spells that change the subject’s size category.

• Drunken Strength (Ex): An oni’s body handles alcohol differently from other races. They can drink a large tankard of ale, a bottle of wine, or a corresponding amount of stronger alcohol (usually sake, see below) as a move action. Every bottle, tankard or other unit of alcohol is added to a special pool of points used for special maneuvers that only oni can perform. The shackled oni can have a maximum number of points equal to their Constitution modifier (minimum 1), and they lose one point every hour until the pool is empty. Unless otherwise mentioned, multiple points may be used at once to increase the benefits of the maneuver.

Bushido: The Samurai is a warrior and a scholar. The art of Bushido improves them on and off the battle field. Starting at first level, and every fifth level after that a Samurai gains a +1 to Attack, a +1 Dodge Bonus to AC, and +1 miscellaneous bonus to 5 Class skills of the Samurai’s choice.

Benefit: You may spend a drunken strength point (or more) to knock a foe back 5 feet with your next melee attack. Multiple points of drunken strength increase the distance by 5’. This is a swift action. In addition, your Drunken Strength pool increases by 1.

Benefit: You may spend a drunken strength point to increase your reach by 5 feet for 1 round. This is a swift action. In addition, your Drunken Strength pool increases by 1.
Shackled Health [Racial]
Requirements: Oni
Benefit: You may spend a drunken strength point to gain 5 temporary hit points as an immediate action. You may spend multiple drunken strength points to increase this amount by 5. In addition, your Drunken Strength pool increases by 1.

Code of Honor: The Samurai’s Code of Honor is paramount to their life. The Samurai swear themselves to this code, which emphasizes duty, honor, loyalty, and obedience. This code extends not only to the samurai’s lord and master, but also to his comrades and family. The Code of Honor is as follows: The samurai must protect the life and lands of his lord with his life. He must be truthful and courageous, respectful to his elders and his masters, and loyal to his friends and liege. He must conduct himself with honor and dignity. The Samurai must uphold Justice, and show mercy to those who have earned it. Disregard, He’s a Ronin.

Granted Armor/Weapon: A Samurai starts with a Masterwork weapon, and a Masterwork set of Splint mail. These items are ether given to the Samurai by a lord, or trophies from a battle. A Samurai with the “Ancestral Weapon” and/or the “Ancestral Armor” dose not receive this class feature.
